This magnificent hostel, recently built and opened, is located in one of the most impressive and beautiful places in Camino de Santiago.
Cyclists will have to pay attention just outside the town of Acebo and leave behind the last houses of this small village as the huge ascent they will have to climb may make them pass by and miss this idyllic and timely loss place.

La Casa del Peregrino is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Camino de Santiago, full of endless and extensive nature landscapes in a privileged environment, right in the region of Bierzo, at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters and close to La Cruz de Ferro, the highest point of the French Way.
From La Casa del Peregrino you can enjoy of incredible places in the surrounding area, such as Las Medulas, Valle del Silencio, El Castillo del Temple in Ponferrada, El Puente Romano in Molinaseca, the National Reserve of Los Ancares, El Puente Medieval and The Collegiate Church Santa María in Villafranca del Bierzo, of course, among many others.
An environment full of valleys, rivers, trails, caves, mountains, wildlife, flora and very rich cuisine, which make this place an ideal place for rest and to perform active outdoor tourism.
